Bike Hire

Enjoy an amazing cycle experience with Glencoe Activities, form the Bike Hire base at The Activity Centre, Dragon’s Tooth Golf Course.

This is an ideal location for families and riders or all ages and abilities.  We’re right on the National Cycles track, so turn left or right, and there are lovely, flat lanes along the old railway track.  Go left towards Glencoe, and find the evocative, old “Ferry Station” platform at Ballachulish. Better still, turn right and discover a superb route through woodlands and then along the loch side, down to The Holly Tree Hotel (a great place for cup of tea or a pint) and Kentallen. This really is a wonderful 20 minute cycle, and gets top score from all who experience it.  So, total wonder, or your money back!

For the more energetic, head up into Glenachulish Valley.  Forest tracks offer an amazing  variety of roots – around a loop of the valley, off to St Johns or further afield to the East and West.  One doesn’t need to climb far to achieve spectacular panoramic views.

There are bikes for all ages (road bike for the wee one, and mountain bikes for the teenagers and above).

For bike hire in Fort WIlliam, bike hire in Oban or bike hire in Glencoe - our helpful, friendly team are here to help.

Our speciality is cycle hire for those on holiday, wishing to explore the roads, tracks and lanes of Lochaber and Argyll.  We are NOT off-road, mountain bike specialists.
